Completely reusable gel packs designed specifically for physiotherapy applications

• Extra large size covers a greater surface area - ideal for general acute or chronic injuries
• Non toxic gel delivers effective treatment and can be frozen and heated many times
• Welded seams prevent splitting during use
• Freeze for cold therapy or place in hot water or microwave for heat therapy
• Sold in single packs - choose from standard polythene or deluxe nylon packs
• For cold use: Place pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.
• For hot use: Ensure that gel inside pack is evenly filled before heating. Place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at 850W. Massage pack to disperse the heat evenly. Continue to heat in 5 second intervals to reach desired temperature if required. Times should be reduced for microwaves with higher power ratings.
• Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before applying directly to the skin
• Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 mins.
