Supplied as dehydrated flat sheets, this makes for easy storage and distribution, ready for hydrating in clean fresh water

• Trim - Trim between the cells to the size required
• Soak - Soak in clean water until cell are firm to touch
• Dry - Remove any surface water with a soft cloth
• Freeze - Place in freezer, or to chill, place in the fridge. Minimum of 40 minutes

• Warm - Microwave to warm. Test temperature every 10 seconds
• Apply - Applying Smiles. 20 mins per application
